🌟 SODA 🌟

We think this boy would make a great farm dog! He is a friendly guy who enjoys being by your side.

❣️Soda is estimated to be about 1.5 yrs old. We have no idea on his breed, but he is a great medium size at around 45 - 50 lbs now that he is back to healthy weight. You can see a lot of shedding, but that is because he is losing his old coat from when he was malnourished, and growing in some nice and healthy new fur!

🐾 Soda gets along with everyone. He is typically pretty quiet. He does well off leash, even around the poultry. We think he’d get along with about any cat or dog. He does good around kids too! He enjoys toys, treats, and fetch.

Soda is neutered and up to date on vet care, including vaccinations, dewormer, and Nexgard. He is also microchipped. He is with us at the rescue and available for meets!

❤️‍🩹 SUPPORT NEEDED ❤️‍🩹

We are currently in need of some things here at the rescue, and we are hoping some of our supporters will help us out! 🙏

🐾 Dog food AND puppy food - the dogs in our care came to us malnourished. They are healthy now, but we are running low on food! Purina One preferred - for both adult (large breed) and puppies.

🐾 Donations - we have had several spays and neuters in the last couple months as well as other vet needs and exams. We have an outstanding vet bill of over $600 for just one girl who needed labs and x-rays to help her get some long term pain under control before adoption.

🐾 Chew/enrichment toys - these help keep the dogs busy and engaged when they aren’t with a person or having outdoor play time. They especially love bones and other edibles.

🐾 Volunteers - we have some great dogs here who would love a play day! Taking a puppy or dog for a few hours gives them a break from the rescue, the opportunity for them to meet new people and smell new things, and more exposure to potential adopters! It doesn’t have to be a big commitment, and it’s fun to love on a new dog for a little bit!

🌟 HERSHEY 🌟

😍 This guy is ready to be your best companion!!

Hershey weighs only about 35 lbs and is almost a year old (we estimate). We aren’t sure of breed… probably the perfect mix of several! He came to us with his two buddies after they were all found homeless and malnourished. He is now healthy, happy, and ready for a family 🥰

❣️Hershey is friends with everyone. He loves people. Gets along great with other dogs. Doesn’t seem to notice or care about chickens or poultry (so likely would be just fine around cats too). Has been around kids, and other than occasionally wanting to show them some love he does great with them too!

🐾 Hershey is neutered and up to date on all vet care. He is with us at the rescue, so please come and meet him!!

🌟 STAR 🌟

This gorgeous girl is wondering where her forever family is! She is a beautiful mixed breed pup who will grow to be a large girl (we guess 60-70 lbs).

❣️Star is so friendly, playful, curious, and happy. She has spent lots of time around kids, as well as her mama and litter mates! She may be smaller than her brother, but she still bosses him around every once in a while. She loves using her nose to find treats, running with the kids outside, and of course a good chew toy.

🐾 Star is now 11 weeks old. She has had her first puppy vaccinations, been dewormed, is up to date on her Nexgard for flea/tick prevention, and is microchipped. Both her parents are with us at the rescue (Bubba and Nova) as well as her sister Glory and her brother Stripe. All are in need of a foster or adoptive home as soon as possible!

She is 💯 ready to find her forever home and move in! Please help her out by sharing her sweet photo with anyone who is looking to add a new best friend to their family ❤️

Make a phone call on Aug 11th to schedule your pet’s spay or neuter!!
It will be much easier than making a phone call in a few months to find a rescue who will take 6-12 puppies and a mama! 🙏

Just a reminder that we will be taking appointments on the 11th of August for Spay and Neutering and the 12th of August for Wellness and Vaccinations the phone lines will open and appointments will be taken starting at 9:00 am on both days. (No advanced appointments)
Also there are only two “2” phone lines available so if you do get a busy signal please be patient and call again we will get as much through as fast as we can. Thank you and see you all soon. 😉🐶🐱

They would all really benefit from time away from the shelter and with a family! Even if you can take them for a play day, or foster for a shorter period of time, it is so beneficial for them!

💙 Soda - approx 1.5 yr old male. Weighs about 45 lbs. Enjoys fetch, toys, and treats. Smart, friendly, and eager to learn.

💙 Hershey - approx a year old. Male. Weighs about 35 lbs. Loves people and attention. Might make a great farm dog/companion!

💙 Stripe - the largest pup of the litter, already weighing 20 lbs. at 10 weeks old. Friendly, playful, affectionate.

🩷 Glory - sister to Stripe, but not quite 15 lbs. She is also friendly, playful, and affectionate.

🐾 All are up to date on age appropriate vet care - vaccinations, dewormer, flea/tick prevention. Hershey and Soda are both fully recovered from their neuter surgery. All get along with other dogs and do well around children. The rescue will provide food.
