We started out with questionable weather and ended with a perfect outing. A little too humid for our liking but that didn't stop anyone from having a fun time and making it a great day! Silent auction donations are coming in for the 24th Annual Neumy Golf Outing. Thank you to Peter Keleher and the St. Louis Blues for the signed Hockey Fights Cancer jersey. Rumor has it the jersey has been signed by Madison‘s own Ryan Suter. I also heard that two St. Louis Blues game tickets are going to be included with the jersey.

I just wanted you to know how appreciative Agrace is of you and your Neumy family. When I think of all of you, it brings a smile to my face. You are one of the most gracious, warm, caring families I’ve ever met. Over the years, I’ve witnessed incredible dedication and endless enthusiasm in your fundraising efforts to support Agrace. It’s no wonder the Neumy Golf event raises more dollars year after year to support our patients and families – “thank you” doesn’t seem big enough to express how grateful we are for all of you. I love coming to your events because of energy and kindness I’m met with. Everyone is guaranteed a fun day.

In case you didn’t catch this on our social media, I thought you would appreciate hearing about a recent wish we granted for “Badger Bob”, an Agrace hospice patient and die-hard UW Badgers fan.

Bob experienced a rough journey before coming to Agrace’s Memory Care suites, so his clinical team reached out to the Wish program to see what we could do to lift his spirits in his final days. As you can see, Bucky went above and beyond to convey joy, love, and connection with Bob. It was an unforgettable moment for Bob, his family, and the Agrace staff.

A huge thank you to all the golfers, volunteers, and donors who made this year‘s Neumy Golf Outing a success. We presented a check for $15,000 to Agrace tonight. We couldn’t have done that without the help of all of you. And thank you to Lake Windsor Country Club for always supporting our cause and being a great place to work with.
