Happy Flag Day! 🇺🇸

We've got some fresh colors flying at the Community Foundation! Thanks to a generous gift from the Pulaski County Historical Society, we raised a new Pulaski County Celebrates America 250 flag along with a refreshed Stars and Stripes, courtesy of VFW Winamac Post 1728, which also ensured our previous flag was retired with full dignity and honor.

As our nation approaches its 250th birthday, we're proud to fly these colors and celebrate what makes America–and communities like ours–worth investing in.

Come Curious. Leave Connected!🤝

Join us for the Pulaski Community Connections Fair this Saturday, June 13, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. We are thrilled to be setting up shop right alongside the Pulaski County Farmers' Market on Main Street in Winamac.

Whether you're looking to find a new program to support your family, explore meaningful volunteer opportunities, or simply want to get to know the dedicated people serving our county, this is your chance to meet the local organizations working side-by-side to make Pulaski County a better place for us all.

Huge thanks to our partners at the IU Center for Rural Engagement for helping us turn ideas into action.

In a small community like ours, reputation matters. People remember who keeps their word. At the Community Foundation of Pulaski County, we've built trust through honest conversation, transparent decision-making, and keeping our promises.

That's why we've maintained our National Standards accreditation year after year. Because you trust us with your generosity and your hopes for this community's future, we don't take shortcuts. We do what we say we’ll do. We treat your gifts the way we'd want ours treated: with respect, care, and complete integrity.

Through this national program, Leeann will connect with fellow community foundation leaders from across the country to reflect on leadership strategies, explore new approaches to tackling our biggest challenges, and help strengthen the work that we do at the Community Foundation of Pulaski County to ensure that our rural home grows and thrives today and for generations to come.

We are SO PROUD of Leeann for this important milestone in her career and her work here in Pulaski County!

Last week, Leeann attended the Indiana University Center for Rural Engagement's Rural Conference!

At the conference, she presented her doctoral research and a case study on phenomenal efforts to address substance misuse in Pulaski County.

Additionally, Dr. Priscilla Barnes, who has been working with our local nonprofit partners and us on Strategic Doing since last fall, received the "Faculty Community Engagement Award" for her dedication to community engagement! Congratulations to Dr. Barnes!

We are SO proud of Leeann for her dedication and leadership, and we are so grateful for the chance to tell the story of our remarkable rural community!
