Join us for Trivia on the birth of America (and probably other interesting things ...) Saturday. Starts at 6:00! Tip boards will be going around all evening, with proceeds to go to the VFW's Flag Fund!

VFW Post 1728 collaborating with El Bandido Yankee Tequila for the second straight year at the Indy 500 was a huge success! It is such a blessing to our small town post! Not only did we celebrate this important holiday with thousands of patrons by raising our cups and toasting to our brave veterans, we got to sell a lot of Tequila, and raise money for our Relief Fund to help local veterans in need! We even signed up a new member while at the 500! Thank you to El Bandido for the opportunity!

After a long weekend of slinging the best tequila, we made it home in time for our annual Memorial Day events. We kicked the day off with a 21 gun salute followed by the playing of taps at 4 local cemeteries. After that, we held our annual Memorial Day ceremony at the Pulaski Co. courthouse! Thank you to our guest speakers and to everyone who made it out on this beautiful day. Honor and Remember. Not just today, but always! God Bless
