The docent who led the walk today Steve Scottpointing out purple needle grass growing along the trail. This native grass is the official state grass (didn’t know we had one) but pretty cool it’s here growing right under our nose!!

We'll learn about the turtles, beaver, river otter, and birds that we share the creek and surrounding land with. Come for all or part of the walk. Meet at Del Meyer Park.
