In addition to offering postpartum doula services I also offer: end-of-life care, elder care, post-surgical care and date night babysitting services for this summer. My rate is $30/hr, sometimes more--depending on the services needed. I can also take folks to their appointments if a ride is needed. There is a minimum of 5 hours/day and if overnights are needed it's on a case-by-case application. I've been serving the community for over 7 years in these roles and have great references and reviews here on my page. I also love fur babies and have experience house and pet sitting. Please reach out for all your caregiving needs!

Serving in Kentucky: Wilmore, Nicholasville, Lexington, Paris, Versailles, Lancaster, Danville, Harrodsburg. Some areas require an additional travel stipend.

Will also travel out of state with costs covered and rate potentially different.

So many spring babies are arriving! Please enjoy this beautiful bouquet (put a little water on a plate) of picked flowers by a little boy who just had a baby sister! I was their postpartum doula 4 years ago when he was born and it’s always such an honor to get a text saying “we’re having another baby and we would love to have you back!”

I currently have 1 daytime spot open per week (can be a weekend day, if you need) and only 2 overnight spots. Please dm me for a quicker response! 🌸🌷🪻🌼

Babies are cute and all…. AND no one sleeps with a newborn. Let’s be real. Whether this is your first baby, or your 8th, it takes a village. Doula means: “Mothering the mother.” It would be my honor; it always is. Text me at (859) 410-5264

Dear mothers,
You are worthy of receiving help during the postpartum season. Needing support does not mean you’ve failed. It simply means you’re human.

Historically, across cultures and generations, mothers were never meant to do this alone. In villages, clans, and multi-generational homes, a new mother was surrounded by caregivers so she could rest, recover, and tend to her baby. Not the other way around.

My presence is designed to support your unmet needs in this tender season. That may look like warm meals and hydration, light home tidying, sibling care (I’m especially good at helping toddlers settle for naps), infant feeding and care, or simply being a safe, steady person to process your experiences with. Sometimes it even includes gentle furniture rearranging to support better energy flow in your home.

I bring a lifetime of experience into this work. I began babysitting at 12, read to kindergartners in fourth grade, and served as a peer tutor and special education mentor throughout high school. I became an aunt at 20 and a mother at 25.

Through my own four children and the many families I’ve supported over the past 22 years, I have experience with C-sections, hospital births, home births, birth trauma, special needs, breastfeeding and bottle feeding, mastitis, reflux, allergies, mood disorders including postpartum depression, tongue, lip, and oral ties, sensory processing differences, epilepsy, and more.

This work is not just what I do. It’s what I’ve lived.

Private-pay doula care offered during daytime hours, with occasional evening support for date nights 🤍
Each booking includes 5 hours of personalized care, tailored to wherever support is needed most.

For families in Wilmore, a 4-hour minimum is available.
Rates range from $30–$40/hour, depending on care needs, number of babies, and any special considerations.

Please DM me to discuss your needs and answer any further questions. You can also text me at (859) 410-5264 if I’m slow to respond here.

Much love!

Hello! I want to thank all of the families and partners I have worked with as a postpartum doula for the past 6 years! It has truly been an honor to serve you all in this season of parenthood.

As seasons of life naturally change, I have decided to transition into a new community service, called: Forces of Nature Collective. This page will be transitioning to everything related to this new venture.

If you're looking for opportunities to connect with nature, be more active, get to know more people who live nearby and tune into the emotional waves within-this space will be offering new opportunities for these kinds of connections! You will see:

Guided hikes
Intentional circles
Youth and Family Camps
Retreats
Life Transition Ceremonies
Emotional Wellness Education
