Today, on Agent Orange Awareness Day, we honor the veterans and families whose lives continue to be affected by Agent Orange exposure while serving our country.

Awareness must lead to action. By advocating for veterans, providing the proper resources, and educating our communities about the lasting health effects of exposure, we can help ensure every veteran receives the recognition, support, and care they deserve.

We feel so honored to serve veterans at New Life, and we remain committed to listening to their stories, supporting their needs, and standing beside them. Not just today, but every day.

Texas summers are no joke, and we want to help keep our community cool.

Join us for our annual Fan Drive Thru and receive a FREE fan for your household—no registration, no qualifications, and no strings attached. Fans will be distributed first come, first served while supplies last.

We'll also have FREE bottled water available for everyone who stops by!

Exciting things are happening in Wills Point!

We had a great time at this morning's Coffee & Commerce networking event, filled with lively conversations, new connections, and opportunities to grow together as a business community.

If you're looking to build your business network and become more involved in the community, we would love to have you as part of the Chamber! And if you're already a Chamber member, be sure to join us for our next Coffee & Commerce on July 1.

A special thank you to Hill Insurance for providing this morning's wonderful breakfast. Their breakfast casserole was a crowd favorite—absolutely delicious! Also thank you to Merica Inn and Suites for hosting us and providing the coffee.

June is Elder Abuse Awareness Month 💜

Every older adult deserves to live with dignity, respect, and safety.

Elder abuse can take many forms, including physical abuse, emotional abuse, neglect, financial exploitation, and abandonment. Unfortunately, many cases go unreported, making awareness and education more important than ever.

Warning signs may include sudden changes in behavior, unexplained injuries, poor hygiene, isolation from family and friends, or unusual financial activity.

By learning the signs, checking in on older adults in our communities, and speaking up when something seems wrong, we can help protect vulnerable seniors and ensure they receive the care and respect they deserve.

Together, we can create a safer and more compassionate community for every generation.
