Today we recognize Global Accessibility Awareness Day ( ) ♿

Accessibility shapes how people learn, work, and show up in their communities, and while we've made progress, there's still so much work to do. Barriers still exist. Spaces still exclude. And people are still fighting to be seen, heard, and included in places that should already welcome them.

At Networks for Training and Development, we believe every person deserves to participate fully in life — through equal opportunity, inclusive employment, person-centered planning, and communities that are truly built for everyone.
Today is a reminder that accessibility isn't a one-time fix. It's a commitment to keep learning, keep growing, and keep changing what isn't working.

We acknowledge this day, and every day, as an opportunity to do better. 💙

Is your organization ready to grow — but not sure where to start?

At Networks for Training & Development, we created The CoLab Project to do exactly that: help organizations build capacity, strengthen their infrastructure, and connect with the resources they need to thrive.

Here's how it works:
✅ We listen — to your successes, challenges, and vision for the future
✅ Together, we build a customized Action Plan tailored to your organization
✅ You work alongside a small Cohort of 2–3 peer organizations for shared learning and support
✅ We meet monthly, roll up our sleeves, and make real progress — then step back so YOU own your success

Since launching our first Cohort in 2022, organizations of all sizes — for-profit and nonprofit — have seen meaningful growth in areas like strategic planning, staffing, policies & procedures, marketing, website development, and more.

One participant said it best:
"Everything runs smoothly now. There's a system in place." — Logan Hills, The Adolphus Group

The CoLab is time-limited, hands-on, and designed to create exponential impact from the effort you put in.

As we wrap up Occupational Therapy Month 2026, we want to take a moment to reflect on the powerful role occupational therapy plays in helping people live more independently, comfortably, and confidently.

While April shines a spotlight on occupational therapy, the need for practical strategies and personalized support doesn’t end when the month does. Supporting daily routines, sensory needs, wellness, and overall quality of life is a year-round commitment — for individuals, families, and the professionals who support them.

That’s why we’re continuing to offer FREE 30-minute Occupational Therapy consultations with Tracy Binkley Lapreziosa, our Accommodations & Wellness Coordinator and Occupational Therapist with more than 30 years of experience, through June.

These one-on-one consultations focus on Adaptations for Living — practical, personalized strategies you can use right away, whether you're supporting someone at home, at their place of work, or in the community.

⭐This is a special and limited-time opportunity! ⭐
If you're interested, we encourage you to complete the form below, and Tracy will reach out to schedule a time that works for you.
