My name is Rick Beyerle and I am the food pantry manager at Willow Grove Baptist Food Pantry. A little over a year ago, Reza and his family came to our Willow Grove Baptist Food Pantry for food assistance for his family. They are an Afghan Refugee family now in the US desperately trying to be self-sufficient in this country. They have been through so much. A local paper in Chestnut Hill did an article about all of their struggles to escape the Taliban. You can read more about this family using the following link: https://www.chestnuthilllocal.com/stories/familys-escape-from-taliban-ends-in-nw-philadelphia,35310?fbclid=IwY2xjawSlVghleHRuA2FlbQIxMABicmlkETFjY041bWFTbHNIQ2pJRGEyc3J0YwZhcHBfaWQQMjIyMDM5MTc4ODIwMDg5MgABHvDd_0Ne0pbsJSu0U1sOzUY_g_Qmt3Hu2VJaIrSs6qQ2m9XqQlth3qZ2vriL_aem_naZ_Ug5Wkzq8ZtF_RvtDzA
Now a year later, the family is moving to their first apartment home and money is tight. Would you consider helping them by supporting their new family catering business, SRNAH, featuring food from the Middle East and French pastries? Here is a link for recent story written by the Glenside Local with more details: https://glensidelocal.com/abington-residents-afghani-refugees-run-a-pastry-shop-with-catering-services-in-jenkintown/
More info can also be found about their catering and pastry business at their page for SRNAH. Here is the link: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61581268288298
