The Grassy Run Historical Arts Committee helps kick off the 2026 Summer Reading Program at the Sardinia Library. Costumed presenters will unearth a story of early Ohio life and culture with their Pioneer & Native American Heritage presentation on Monday, June 15, 2026, at 5:30pm. This is sure to be a great time for the whole family. You won’t want to miss out on this slice of Ohio history!

The 2026 Old Northwest Territories Primitive Rendezvous is coming to Friendship Indiana.

The NRLHF Old Northwest Territories Primitive Rendezvous is a celebration of the 1830’s Rocky Mountain Fur Trade Rendezvous and the earlier trade fairs, when hunters, trappers, Native Americans, and fur company dealers met in the wilderness to exchange furs for manufactured goods from the East.
