It’s that time of year ❤️

The auxiliary has made the vote to donate hygiene supplies to Williamsburg schools again this year.

We are hearing that the need has grown larger than last year.

The kids are in need of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, deodorant, tooth brushes, toothpaste, hair ties, hair brushes, body mists, lotions, dry shampoo, etc

The community was incredibly generous in helping us gather supplies last year. If you’d like to help again, please message the auxiliary page to connect regarding donating supplies!

We are hoping to have all items by December 3rd.

We help our fire department with food and water on long runs, we host the Science Scholarship for an eligible Burg Senior, and of course we always help a needy family at Christmas (our personal favorite event)

Searching for a gift for Mother's Day? Has Mom been begging for updated family pictures? This will be the perfect opportunity to gather the family for a great gift for Mom!

Join us April 14th from 10am to 3pm at the Williamsburg Firehouse for our Photography Fundraiser, hosted by Nikki Scott Photography.

All proceeds will go towards our Auxiliary's operating costs, including our yearly scholarship to a Williamsburg High School Senior, funding a Burg family that is in need for Christmas, and assisting our department with food and drinks during runs.

We look forward to seeing you!

Hi everyone,

Effective TOMORROW AT 6PM a statewide mask order has been placed by Gov. DeWine

Again, just as a reminder, DO NOT CALL 911 to report mask order violations. Your phone calls should be directed to your local health department.

Please be considerate and logical- your call to 911 could be holding up the phone lines for someone experiencing a life or death emergency!!

Governor DeWine today announced that as of July 23 at 6 p.m. there will be a statewide mask order in Ohio.

Those excluded from the statewide order include:
- Those with a medical condition or a disability or those communicating with someone with a disability;

- Those who are actively exercising or playing sports;

- Those who are officiants at religious services;

- Those who are actively involved in public safety; or

- Those who are actively eating or drinking.

We wanted to share with our followers the new mask ordinance being put into place this Friday, July 10th.

Remember, DO NOT CALL 911 to report anyone not wearing a facial covering, call your HEALTH DEPARTMENT. Our 911 dispatchers are very busy handling potentially life threatening emergencies across the county, and we want to make sure the lines aren’t not bogged down with mask complaints.

We would like to wish everyone a safe and blessed New Year! Cheers to the 2010’s, the end of a decade. We are ready to ring in 2020 with hopeful hearts, determined minds, and open hands to help our department and community!

Please keep our emergency responders in your prayers tonight as they welcome 2020 while on shift. Please pray to keep them and the community safe.

Remember, don’t drink and drive! Phone a friend or stay where you are!
