His Children Foundation

His Children Foundation His Children is a resource to DCS and the foster community. We help families with a variety of needs while spreading the Good News. We want to END the trash bag.

We aim to end the trash bag, support foster care families, kinship, and families on the line of DCS interference. His Children Foundation is registered in the State of Tennessee and has a 501(c)(3) status. We seek out children in foster care to let them know they are loved by us, and their Creator. Each child in care receives a customized duffle bag with their name, a Bible, personal hygiene items

, and a toy or gift card. We also provide Christmas, educational supplies, + more! If you or someone you know is involved with foster care, please reach out!

Z (newly adopted) was in school writing about one of the scariest times he’s ever had. It was the first night he had to spend the night with his now mom and dad.

It’s a scary situation being placed in a house you’ve never known with people you’ve only just met.

These beds were just purchased are for a kinship placement. Two kiddos who will NOT have to know staying in an unfamiliar place. Kinship families are sometimes just one item away from saying yes to keeping a child.

This is why we are so thankful for your donations. We were able to make sure this family had these bed frames to say “yes” to this transition.

Being a DCS partner has been so rewarding but so busy!

However, our resources are definitely becoming exhausted.

On Friday we had a request for a gas card for a local kinship family. We don’t have gas cards on hand and didn’t have it in the budget at that moment so they said they’d call around to other partners. Monday rolls around and I get a call about the same thing. No one would answer the call to help this family in this financial situation, so we did it anyways!
Now a kinship family has enough in their tank to get around.

If you have been thinking about partnering with us, now is the time!
$10 a month can do so much. Especially when we have several doing $10 a month!

If you are a business, any monthly donation of $25 plus gets you front and center on our website as a partner! Ask us for details.

Happy first day of school, Sumner County. 📚

We have a grandma who just gained custody needing help with school clothes for a school with a dress code for a 16 year old boy and 6 year old girl. Collar shirts only with certain colors.
This is a big ask so we will have to buy them due to sizing as well.
