🌱 Healthy habits don’t have to be complicated, sometimes it’s just getting outside, drinking water, moving your body, resting, and taking care of your mind. Small choices every day can make a big difference. Happy spring 🌷☀️

Today we recognize Memorial Day. Alumni in Recovery is thankful to those who have given their lives to protect our freedom. Recognizing those we are without does not have to mean misusing substances. For those who are grieving, we hope that you are able to take time to heal, rely on a solid support system, and practice healthy coping mechanisms.
