KIWANIS ANNOUNCES SPARK 2025 – A S.T.E.A.M. FAIR FOR KIDS
Fundraising Event Focuses on Sparking Imagination
Westwood, NJ (February 6, 2025) – The Kiwanis Club of the Pascack Valley is excited to launch its signature fundraising event for 2025– SPARK a S.T.E.A.M. Fair for Kids on March 22, 2025 from 12:00-4:00pm at the Westwood Community Center, 55 Jefferson Ave. in Westwood. The goal of the event is to simultaneously SPARK imagination by showcasing fun demonstrations and activities in the science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics fields while raising funds that will help us establish youth based civic service programs in local middle and high schools. Tickets are $10 for kids, $5 for adults and can be purchased at https://givebutter.com/kO0lf.
Activities and demonstrations included with the entrance fee for SPARK – A S.T.E.A.M. Fair for kids are: Build a Rocket, The Owl Ate What?, Build a Bridge, Math Games, Ubleck, Spaghetti Bridges and more! Kids of all ages are encouraged to attend.
Local businesses wishing to sponsor SPARK a S.T.E.A.M. Fair for Kids can select a sponsorship level at $200, $100 or $50 by registering at https://tinyurl.com/2025SPARK. Organizations wanting to bring an exhibit can also indicate their interest at https://tinyurl.com/2025SPARK. Demos and hands-on-activities related to science theory, experiments, electronics, robotics, games, music, arts are welcomed. Both sponsors and exhibitors are encouraged to bring handouts, playful activities, giveaways and anything that will give kids the SPARK to be creative.
