Beautiful day for some baseball!! Thank you to Terry Vance and the staff of Hair Mechanix for sponsoring the Veteran’s and First Responders Appreciation Day at Black Bears Stadium.
Jr. Vice Commander Morgan of the Westover VFW Post 9916 had the privilege of being part of the Color Guard for the National Anthem alongside our fellow Veteran’s of the Marine Corp League. Thank you all for showing up for the game and honoring Veterans and First Responders. 🇺🇸

*Message From The Commander*

VFW Post 9916 340 Holland Ave Westover. Will be acting as a collection point from 12:00 pm until 5:00 pm on Monday and Tuesday, July 27,28 for items you would like to send to our fellow West Virginias who have been flooded. You may also drop items at WV Jewelry and loan at the triangle. If you want to see what is needed, google and look for collection point for WV flood victims, you should find a list there. Post 9916 and Post 629 Fairmont are working on getting the donations where they are needed. 629 is also a collection point. This time it is Mountaineers helping Mountaineers. May God bless us all and open our hearts to our brothers and sisters in need.

If you have any items you would like to donate, please call 304-290-0805 to arrange a drop-off time. You are also welcome to drop off donations tomorrow anytime after 5:00 PM.
