Tylenol sends tens of thousands of people to the ER every year, and Vi**ra comes with a warning about heart attacks.

And then there is the abortion pill, which has been FDA-approved for 26 years, used by millions, and studied more than almost any drug in your cabinet — and yet it's the only one of the three the government is endlessly "reviewing".

Wonder why 🤔

"On demand" = when you need it, not when a legislature gets around to it. And "without apology" = you don’t owe ANYONE the reason.

Please donate, follow, and share our work, to help those who need abortion healthcare get access to it.

On Indigenous Peoples’ Day, we honor and respect the Anishinaabe people whose land we live and work on. We also know that most Native women get their healthcare from the Indian Health Service, and federal law bars it from providing abortions. So for every Indigenous person who needs care: we’re here for you.

This week the FDA told a court its “review” of the abortion pill drags on until March. Meanwhile the Supreme Court’s order keeping it available by mail and telehealth still stands.

Doctors, researchers, abortion groups, and abortion funds are not going anywhere. None of us will stop fighting for your right to accessible healthcare.

ICE dropped the rule keeping agents out of hospitals and clinics, resulting in a lot of people in need of care being too scared to walk into the places that are meant to provide it.

So this is our bimonthly reminder that we fund abortions for everyone who needs one, and "everyone" includes people without papers. F**K ICE.

In 1979, Stevie Nicks had an abortion. She was 31 and has said very openly that without this healthcare, there would have been no Fleetwood Mac.

We envision a world where every person can make an informed decision about their own body and go their own way. A world where laws, men, and money are not a barrier to healthcare.

Please join us in manifesting this world!

Fifty years ago today, Congress passed the 'Hyde Amendment', which meant Medicaid stopped covering abortion. Translation: if your income is low enough to qualify for public insurance, that same insurance won't cover your abortion. See also: the people with the least money got the least choice — and the research shows being denied an abortion is one of the surest ways to stay in that position.

And yes, there are some people celebrating that anniversary today.

We will never celebrate a law that decided who counts and who doesn't, and whose healthcare is determined by checking their bank balance.

We are here to help the gap the Hyde Amendmen left. Please donate, follow, and share: https://reclaimproject.org/donate/
