Sept. 9, 2026 1:30-3:30 PM Knitting and Needlework Club meets at Dunns Corner Community Church in the Fellowship Hall. Bring your projects and enjoy some socialization with other needle enthusiasts. Open to all members and volunteers of Westerly Village, part of The Village Common of Rhode Island.

Thanks to all who attended the 5th Anniversary of the Village Common of RI-Westerly Village and the release of the 2026 Older Adult Resource Guide. Over 57 people attended and enjoyed refreshments and cake!

Speakers from local and state organizations as well as from Yale New Haven Health, etc. will be talking about “Honoring the Past” & “Empowering the Future”. Come and enjoy some cake to celebrate our 5 years together.

Westerly Village helps seniors to stay in their own homes by providing neighbors helping with errands, rides, chores, and tech support. When we receive calls from our neighbors in Pawcatuck/Stonington, we can refer you to the Seniors Helping Seniors of Southeastern CT.

Our caregivers provide in-home senior care services, including personalized companionship, daily living assistance, and specialized support.
