Jennifer Savarese Farr joined Caron 17 years ago with no personal connection to addiction or recovery. Just two months later, addiction touched her own family, and Caron became part of a loved one’s recovery journey. Today, that family member is thriving in recovery, with a successful career and family of his own.

That experience helped shape Jennifer’s commitment to protecting the organization and mission that make transformations like his possible.

She oversees Governance, Compliance, Quality, Health Records Management (HRM), Legal, and Risk—areas that help safeguard Caron’s patients, employees, reputation, and organizational integrity.

Looking ahead, Jennifer is focused on ensuring Caron remains strong, resilient, and positioned to provide life-saving care for generations to come.
