Tomorrow is the day! Get your costumes ready, your short readings warmed up, and bring your appetite to Touch of Soul for WOTR's HallowRead 2026!

We'll be consuming copious plates of Cajun cooking as we open the doors at 5pm for an evening full of spooky stories.

Join us Wednesday, October 14 at Touch of Soul, 212 S. Wenatchee Ave. and be sure to come early for dinner. 2025 Lost Key Challenge readings will start things off at 5:30pm and we'll kick off HallowRead 2026 at 6pm.

Come to read or come to listen. Either way, come hungry!

We're grateful to the Wenatchee Valley Museum & Cultural Center for sponsoring WOTR's HallowRead again this year.

The museum has been a longtime partner in this event, and this year they've generously donated a family membership. Thank you for championing local history, culture, and stories in our valley.

HallowRead is Wednesday, October 14 at Touch of Soul, 212 S. Wenatchee Ave. Doors open at 5:00 and readings begin at 6:00. Bring a short Halloween piece to share during Four Minutes of Fame, or just pull up a chair and listen.

Thank you to Mela Coffee Roasting Co. for sponsoring WOTR's HallowRead once again!

Mela has donated a drink voucher and a bag of their freshly roasted beans, and we know a few writers who run on exactly that. We're lucky to have such a generous local roaster in our corner.

HallowRead is Wednesday, October 14 at Touch of Soul, 212 S. Wenatchee Ave. Doors open at 5:00pm. 2025 Lost Key readings begin at 5:30pm and Four Minutes of Fame Readings start at 6:00pm.

A heartfelt thank you to Touch of Soul for opening their doors to WOTR's HallowRead 2026!

When we needed a new home for this year's event, they welcomed us with the same warmth and spirit they bring to every plate of Cajun cooking. We can't think of a better place to gather for an evening of spooky stories.

Join us Wednesday, October 14 at Touch of Soul, 212 S. Wenatchee Ave. Doors open at 5:00, so come early for dinner, and Four Minutes of Fame readings begin at 6:00. Come to read or come to listen. Either way, come hungry!

A sweet thank you to Huney Jun for sponsoring WOTR's HallowRead 2026!

Huney Jun donated several cases of their Jun kombucha along with their seasonal pumpkin nectar, a perfect fit for an autumn evening of stories. We appreciate their support of the creative community here in North Central Washington.

HallowRead is Wednesday, October 14 at Touch of Soul, 212 S. Wenatchee Ave. Doors open at 5:00 and 2025 Lost Key readings begin at 5:30, and Four Minutes of Fame Readings start at 6:00.
