Are you a social worker or have a bachelor's degree of any type and are looking for a career in human services? Community Living Services is HIRING with IMMEDIATE OPENINGS at all experience levels! Starting pay for Support Coordinators/Case Managers with a bachelor's degree in a human services field is $51,112 annualized. Starting pay for Support Coordination Assistants (bachelor's degree in a non-human services field) is $47,500 annualized. Excellent benefits - medical, dental, and vision coverage start on the first day of employment! Twenty (20) days of paid leave time in your first year of employment, PLUS an additional 14 paid holidays!! Annual raises and incentive bonuses offered. Mileage is reimbursed per IRS regulations and federal reimbursement rates. Our average workload/ratio is 1:45 people with developmental disabilities. CLS offers hybrid work arrangements, meaning most of our staff work from their homes when they aren't out doing their Support Coordination visits. All employees are also welcome to work in our office, too (you don't have to do the home office model if you don't want to). After the first 90 days of employment, CLS also has an OPTIONAL four-day work week - half of our employees take every Friday off - it is an amazing perk!
