KING of KINGS and LORD of LORDS

KING of KINGS and LORD of LORDS To God is the Glory forever, and ever, and ever!!! King of Kings and Lord of Lords is a page that has been designed to inspire others in the things of God. Jones

It is a place where one can come to share their testimonies and experiences with God. It is a place where one could obtain the word of God, His wisdom, and Spiritual growth through the vibrant sharing of others. The Bible declares that we must not be ashamed of our testimony about our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ; nor should we be ashamed of the God we serve, but instead, we must share in our suff

ering for the gospel by the power of God (2 Timothy 1:8 ESV). Indeed, it is in such sharing that others are able to gain a better understanding of how to deal with certain issues surrounding their own life. We prayerfully asked that all views and comments be respected and addressed in a respectful manner. It is not always easy to come out and tell someone about our experiences, in thus, please seek God on what you would like to share--as all things are not permissible for the viewing of others. Furthermore, if you are indeed a Christian, then language should not be an issue--as you are instructed "to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy, and acceptable to God, which is your intelligent service (Rom 12. 1). Know that any unruly conversation will be deleted and blocked from entering this page. However, if you need healing, a word of encouragement, or an uplifting in your spirit—you are definitely in the right place

A New Year's Letter

Upon contemplating what to write in this letter; I begin to hear the voice of the Lord say to me:

Write these words to my children; tell them that I Am an awesome God and that I Am more than capable of taking care of all their needs, tell them that I see everything happening on the earth, but it does not mean that I have left them alone, for I Am right here with them and that I have been here the whole time.

Tell them that they need not fear the events that are going on in this world- for though they are in the world- they are not of the world because I have chosen them to be mine. I am their Father, their King, their Prince of Peace, and I am their Savior.
I Am the Light that shines within them, the peace that conquers the so-called depression, stress, and anxiety.

I Am the One who allowed you to see another year. I Am your Divine Creator, and it is I who provides you with hope so that you might shout for joy. I give you the courage to go into all the earth and tell others about Me, and to show them that love is still greater. I have hidden treasures that I will reveal to you -treasures that I have purposely put upon the earth before time.

Isaiah 45:3 “I will give you hidden treasures, riches stored in secret places, so that you may know that I am the LORD, the God of Israel, who summons you by name.”

2024 is your year to step into your dreams and possibilities; allow the Lord to lead the way, the number 24 is associated with the priesthood. Since it is 12 multiplied it takes on some of twelve’s meaning which is God’s power and authority, as well as symbolizing a perfect foundation.

The number 24 is also connected with the worship of God, especially at Jerusalem’s temple. “When David was old and full of years, he made his son Solomon king over Israel. He also gathered together all the leaders of Israel, as well as the priests and Levites. The Levites thirty years old or more were counted and the total number of men was thirty-eight thousand. David said, “Of these, twenty-four thousand are to be in charge of the work of the temple of the LORD” (read 1 Chronicles 23).
This is the year to achieve goals and live out dreams. I prophecy that every good thing that you put your hands to in the name of the Lord-- God is going to bless, this means more of His promises will be fulfilled and established in your life.

So let the past be the past and stretch far and wide toward your future, forgive those who wronged you, and move on. Do this to free them; and most importantly, to free yourself so that you might gain all that the Lord has in store for you in *2024*.

I want to challenge you to make the following New Year Resolutions-- leave the past in the past, forgive all those who have wronged you, and be open to what God has to offer for the New Year.

Trust Jesus to embrace a New Year filled with Accomplished Goals, Manifested Dreams, and Endless Possibilities!

I Don't Trust My Ways!

Proverbs3:56
Trust in the LORD with all thine heart, and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths.

People have often said scriptures like this one; familiar Bible verses, just as words off the top of their heads; I know, because I am guilty of doing the same thing at times. Whereas we rarely stop to consider whether or not we are loyal to the words we are pledging.
I think sometimes we become so used to reciting the Bible that we often miss the life and truth that comes with it.

Using the word of God when it’s convenient, memorized, or rehearsed; instead of using it in the way God intended so that we might gain access to its Divine Value and Power. “Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths.” (Pro 3:5-6).

Hold on a second! Let’s meditate on those words for a moment, “trust in the Lord with all thine heart,” trusting in something or someone with all thine heart means putting all of our faith and security in that particular entity.

For example, oftentimes children put their trust in their earthly parents and so they have complete confidence in their integrity and ability to take care of them. This is often established throughout the relationship, thus providing the child with a sense of knowing that the parent is going to do what is best for them.

Likewise, when we quote this scripture we are to have a greater mindset toward our heavenly Father, which means we need to have complete and total confidence in His will and ability to do what is best for us. God’s integrity and character speak for itself, God is Love and His love for us is never-ending. To trust God, we must first have a relationship with Him; let’s be real when was the last time you really trusted someone you didn’t know?

Let’s Go Deeper

Trust in the Lord with all of your heart and lean not to your own understanding! When we say that we are trusting in the Lord without leaning to our own understanding, we are saying to God, Lord, “I Don’t Trust My Ways” but I do trust Your will for my life. There is no room for anxiety or worry upon surrendering our understanding in exchange for His. This means entrusting our complete being to the sovereignty of God and His Divine purpose for our life.

You see, “leaning not on your understanding” means to seek God’s will first, before trying to decide based on your own understanding of a matter. We have to let go of the “I know it all” attitudes and let God do His thing! I often hear people say things could have been better had I done it this way or that way, but to tell the truth, if we would just seek God’s understanding instead of our own, the less we will find ourselves in bad situations.

This takes us to the following words in Proverbs 3: 6 “In all your ways acknowledge Him.” This is to admit that His existence is present in our lives at all times. It is our trustworthiness in God that brings us into the reality that He is Lord over our lives. Furthermore, it is to recognize that our hearts are enthroned to Him-As it is He
Who governs our steps from day-to-day.

Indeed, “He shall direct our path,” when God created us He already knew the path we would take, the Holy Spirit has been given to us to lead us in the direction of God. The pathway of God is straight and unwavering. Whenever we are going off the path God has intended for us, the Holy Spirit gives us a nudge (right away) to bring this to our attention. We then have to decide if we are going to lean to our own understanding or God’s.

Note: There are always consequences that come with ignoring the Holy Spirit.

The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord (Ps 37:23), staying on the path that God has planned for us means to obtain complete victory and to overcome the evil things of this world. God knows exactly where we are, and with Him leading our steps, we are bound for greatness(:

Let Us Pray

Dear Heavenly Father, we thank you for allowing your presence to be a part of our daily walk. Lord, we ask that our life will be governed by your wisdom, understanding, and knowledge. We humbly bow our hearts to You and admit that we don’t trust our ways and need the leading of your Holy Spirit. Help us to acknowledge Your presence in our lives at all times. We ask that You direct our steps and keep us in a place of humility and gratitude toward what You continue to do in our lives. We love You Father and Thank You for hearing our prayers in Jesus’ Name –Amen.
