Bring any change or cash you can and put it toward your team. Every little bit counts, so start checking the couch cushions, car floors, junk drawers, and wherever else your spare change is hiding.

You just have to be willing to show up.

Youth ministry is more than a Wednesday night. It’s creating a place where students feel seen, known, loved, and pointed toward Jesus.

And there’s a place for YOU on the team!

WHERE CAN YOU SERVE?

đź‘‹ WELCOME TEAM
Be the first smile students see. Help new students feel like they belong from the moment they walk in.

🍕 FOOD TEAM
Help prepare, serve, and clean up dinner. Sometimes the best conversations happen around a table!

🎮 GAMES + ACTIVITIES
Bring the energy! Help lead games, competitions, theme nights, and events that make students want to come back.

🙏 SMALL GROUP LEADERS
Build relationships, lead conversations, pray with students, and help them take their next step with Jesus.

🎤 WORSHIP + PRODUCTION
Use your gifts in worship, sound, media, slides, lighting, photography, or video to help create an atmosphere where students can encounter God.

🫶 STUDENT CONNECTION
Simply be present. Sit with students. Learn their names. Celebrate their wins. Encourage them through hard weeks. Showing up matters more than you know.

🛠️ BEHIND THE SCENES
Setup. Cleanup. Events. Decorating. Organizing. Transportation. There are SO many ways to serve—even if being on a stage isn’t your thing.

YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

You may never know how much a student needed an adult who consistently showed up, remembered their name, encouraged them, and reminded them that Jesus loves them and they belong.

No perfect people required.
No ministry degree required.
Just people willing to love Jesus, love students, and show up.
