Good evening, WAYSC families,
A jacket (gray Under Armour jacket) was left behind at practice yesterday, and we’re hoping to reunite it with its owner! When you have a chance, could you please double-check your belongings to make sure it wasn’t accidentally scooped up with your things? Or if you found it, please let us know.
Thanks so much for taking a moment to check! We appreciate it!

⚠️ IMPORTANT PICTURE DAY UPDATE (Tuesday, Sept 29) ⚠️

PLEASE CHECK THE UPDATED SCHEDULE IMMEDIATELY! 📸
To prevent teams from missing their regular practice times, we have completely revised the Picture Day schedule.

🎟️ Raffle Basket Reminder: Baskets are due TODAY (Friday, Sept 25th)! Raffle tickets will be available on-site Tuesday—you do NOT need to be present at drawing time to win!

We know last-minute changes are an inconvenience, and we truly appreciate everyone's quick adjustments and understanding! ⚽💜💚

Hi WAYSC Families,
Please be aware that there is a parade taking place today, which will cause several road closures in the area. Road closures start at 5PM. This may make travel to practice today a bit inconvenient, so we recommend planning ahead, checking route options, and giving yourselves extra time to arrive safely. Please look at the attached photos to see the Parade route to help you plan your route!
Also, a friendly reminder that all team raffle baskets are due TOMORROW, Friday, September 25th! Fundraisers like this help keep registration costs and expenses down for all of our families, and we can't wait to see what each team has put together.
Lastly, we understand many emails have been sent out recently, and things can get misfiled. Attached is also the Picture Day Schedule for Picture Day and a F.A.Q. for the event. Mark your calendars for our Picture Day & Raffle Event on Tuesday, September 29th!

Thank you for your cooperation and support!
Best regards,
WAYSC Board of Directors

Hi WAYSC Families,
🎟📸 Another fantastic basket just arrived for our Picture Day Raffle Basket Event on Tuesday, September 29th! 🎟📸
We can’t wait to see the creative themes ALL of our teams put together! As a friendly reminder, each team is expected to contribute a basket to make this event a success. Your head coach or team parent should have already reached out regarding what your team is putting together. If you haven't heard anything yet, feel free to reach out to them to see how you can help!
This is one of our favorite—and most vital—fundraisers of the season, as every dollar raised directly helps us keep registration fees and league expenses down for all of our families. Best of all? You don’t need to be present to win! Just drop your tickets in the basket boxes on Picture Day, and you're good to go.
Thank you for your support & enthusiasm!
