Answers to Bunny Hop FAQs:
Q: Where and when is packet pickup?
A: Phil's Beach this Saturday, April 19, starting at 8 a.m. until the fun run/walk begins at 9 a.m.
Q: Can I sign up on Saturday morning?
A: Of course! Just bring cash, check, or card – day-of registration fee is $40 for adults while kids 10 years old & under remain the same at $20. Online registration at https://www.star-charities.org/waucondabunnyhop/ will close on Friday.
Q: Do I have to pay for my kids to participate?
A: As this event is a fundraiser, you are certainly encouraged to pay for each participant - but it is only necessary if you would like an event T-shirt for your kids.
Q: Will there be activities at Phil’s Beach?
A: The fun run/walk is the main event, but there will be music, treats, and the Easter Bunny!
Q: What is the 1.5-mile route?
A: See the map below that includes sidewalks and walking paths only.
Q: Are dogs allowed?
A: Park rules state that dogs may not enter the Phil’s Beach property, though leashed dogs are allowed along the rest of the 1.5-mile route.
Q: Where can we park our vehicle?
A: Parking is available in the lot across the street from Phil’s Beach, at the Wauconda Park District, or along Main Street.
