For the longest time I had been on the hunt for this patch, and even though I very much overpaid for the patch lot as soon as I saw this in there, I knew I had to have it because I could guarantee myself. I probably wouldn’t find another one for years on end. Due to the misfortune of that department not wanting to hand out patches, along with many other departments that refused to hand them out it has made this project a lot more difficult, however, with continued persistence and perseverance, slowly, but surely I have continued to acquire more hard to get patches as time goes by. While not all departments handout patches I do somehow manage to score every now and again. Hopefully there will be more to come soon enough!
