The Be You Foundation solution is to assist schools in adopting and/or developing a program geared toward anti bullying, acceptance and promoting a bully free environment. The goal of The Be You Foundation is to promote each and every school locally, in the state of Ohio, nationally and potentially worldwide to have a fully functional impactful anti bullying program in place. To be able to measura
bly show the impact of such programs by a reduction in the statistic of bullying incidents, fear and intimidation causing absenteeism, reduce reported complaints of bullying, and strive to achieve an overall improved level of empathy, measured and reported by the schools. The Be You Foundation solution is to assist schools financially in adopting and/or developing a program geared toward anti bullying, acceptance and promoting a bully free environment. It is a way to encourage schools to have a fully functional program in place by offering financial assistance. Be You also is flexible in the type of program schools chose to address their individual issues. We intend to monitor the effectiveness of the chosen program which will be continent on further funding and strongly encourage the adoption of a student leader program including an “Ambassador of Tolerance” student leadership position.
