💔‼️🆘 EMERGENCY SOS! 🆘‼️💔

Cupid has gotten loose. Sweet girl Cupid was adopted by a family just the other day.

But sadly, given her history, as a puppy mill dog, she got spooked and ran off.

We are urgently seeking any and all sightings of Cupid. She was last seen in the Ann Arbor Rd and Lilley Rd areas of Plymouth, MI close to Livonia, MI. Near Canton close to IKEA.‼️

Please do not call or chase her, as it will only scare her more. Reported sightings are the best way to help. As we are working closely with a live trap rescue company and a thermal drone company.

We are all so worried. Please send prayers for a quick and safe recovery of Cupid. 💔

Please forward any and all sightings or information to 419-341-4155 or 734-732-5655.

💙 Update on Hero! 💙

* Adoptable in select areas of Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana. *

This sweet guy, Hero, came to us in rough shape. He was found running as a stray dog in Indiana, and medically was just a mess. He weighed less than 50 lbs, was filled with worms, and riddled with infections. 💔😡

Nowadays, Hero is living it up with his foster mom! He is completely healthy now, last weighing in at 83 lbs. Hero is still searching for his forever family! Can you believe that?! 😱

Hero is neutered, housebroken, and gets along well with female dogs. He is between 7-8 years old. Hero is a velcro dog, and loves to be with his people. 🥰 He is also very protective of his family. He will require a physically fenced in yard.

Interested in adopting Hero? Please read “How to Adopt” at www.gr-rescue.org

Sweet Kirby was surrendered to our rescue by his owner to find the perfect forever home for him. Kirby is a little bit shy with people until he gets to know you.

Kirby is very active and will need an amazing family to take him on fun adventures! Given his activity level, he will require a fenced in yard. He is also amazing with other dogs! 🦮🐾

💛 Meet Pooh Bear! 💛

This sweet little baby is called Pooh Bear. He was surrendered to us by his owner to receive the medical attention he so desperately needs. ❤️‍🩹

Pooh Bear has been diagnosed with Persistent Right Aortic Arch (PRAA). Pooh’s PRAA has caused a tight ring to form and start choking his esophagus. Pooh Bear will need a corrective procedure by a veterinary specialist to heal properly. 🥺

Pooh Bear is only 10 weeks old and has his whole entire life ahead of him! He is sweet as honey. 🍯 Please help us help little Pooh and consider a one-time or monthly donation to us here at GRRR.

💖 November Meet & Greet! 💖

We have another Meet & Greet Adoption Event on the books! 📆

Come visit us and a handful of rescued golden Retrievers at Hollywood Feed on Secor Rd. in Toledo, OH. We’ll be there from 11:00AM-2:00PM on Saturday, November 21st!

While no adoptions take place at our Meet & Greets, these events are an amazing opportunity to meet some of the dogs we have available for adoption! 🦮🐾

These Meet & Greet events also give our rescue pups a great chance to socialize and learn that the outside isn’t so scary after all! 🥰 It’s basically a win-win!
