Meet Adrienne. As a young woman with autism spectrum disorder, Adrienne used the Ticket Program and support from Project SEARCH — a school to workplace transition program — to move from SSI into a job she loves.

With free employment services, benefits counseling, and individualized support, she built skills, gained real-world experience, and successfully transitioned from high school into the workforce without having to figure it out all on her own.
