The U.S. Department of Transportation is accepting submissions for the 2026 Combating Human Trafficking in Transportation Impact Awards, recognizing innovative programs, initiatives, technologies, and partnerships that help combat human trafficking.

🏆 Awards of up to $100,000 will be presented to organizations and individuals making a meaningful impact.

Thank you, Rep Josh Gottheimer! You have been nothing short of a huge advocate for our legislative concerns. We are grateful for the introduction of the bipartisan BUSES Act, unveiled by Reps. Josh Gottheimer and Nick Langworthy today. This legislation proposes a 15-minute federal minimum for over-the-road bus idling rules and aims to eliminate bounty-style enforcement that has unfairly targeted operators during routine passenger services, such as assisting seniors and passengers with disabilities.
