For the second consecutive year, the WTFD was honored to sponsor “After the Fire” a motivational and fire safety program to Warren Hills Regional High School Seniors on Wednesday. The guest speakers were Alvaro Llanos and Shawn Simons who are both burn survivors of the tragic 2000 Seton Hall University Fire. Their story, insights and fire safety tips are a valuable lesson for all students as they start their adult lives or head off to college. We would like to thank Warren Hills High School for allowing us to sponsor this program and the Seniors for attending.

🚒🔥 A special visit from our local heroes!

We had an exciting day welcoming the Washington Township Fire Department to Ginger Tree, Too! Our little learners got an up-close look at the fire truck, learned about fire safety, and met some of the brave firefighters who help keep our community safe!

A huge THANK YOU to our firefighters for taking the time to visit and making learning so much fun! ❤️ 🚒
