Local Food Pantry is seeking a Part-Time Food Pantry Assistant to
support daily operations at our Warren County location. This role focuses on hands-on pantry support, volunteer coordination assistance, and thoughtful client interaction in a welcoming, dignity-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities
 Assist with basic inventory management and stocking
 Support volunteer scheduling and coordination
 Help train volunteers on pantry procedures and client flow
 Provide minimal but respectful client interaction, ensuring a positive experience
 Maintain an organized, clean, and safe pantry environment
 Support distribution days and special pantry events
 Communicate operational needs or concerns to management

Qualifications
 Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
 Comfort working with volunteers and diverse populations
 Ability to follow established procedures and workflows
 Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
 Prior nonprofit, food pantry, or community service experience prefered.
