✨ Volunteers Needed for the Family Glow Dance! ✨

The Warrenton Parent Teacher Collective is hosting a Family Glow Dance, and we need your help to make it a fun and successful event for our kids and families!

📅 Friday, March 13
🚪 Doors open at 5:00 PM
💃 Dance starts at 6:00 PM

We are looking for volunteers to help with:
• Set up
• Clean up
• Food table
• Door monitors
• Glow stick purchase booth
• General help throughout the event

Volunteering will be in one-hour increments. If we have enough volunteers, shifts may be shorter so everyone has time to enjoy the dance with their families too.

Warrenton families, we would love to have you join us for our FREE WGS Community Dinner on November 20th at 6 PM in the WGS cafeteria.

Come enjoy a night of spaghetti, conversation, and connection with our school community. Bring the kids, bring a friend, bring your appetite. Everyone is welcome.

If you’re able, we will be accepting donations for the WFD Food Drive at the door to help support local families during the holiday season.

💜🎃 A HUGE Thank You, Warriors! 🎃💜

We’re still smiling from Friday night’s Fall Festival, what an incredible evening! Despite the rain, our school and community showed up with so much heart, laughter, and generosity.

This event was only possible because of the many amazing hands and hearts who helped make it happen. From setting up to serving food, running booths to reading stories, braving the weather to cleaning up, every single one of you helped create something magical for our kids and families.

🎃 Hey WGS Families!

We still need a few amazing volunteers to help make Fall Festival a success this Friday! Even one hour makes a HUGE difference.. if you cant do one hour but you can do 30 minutes just let us know we can split shifts too. 💜

Here are the shifts we’re hoping to fill:
🅿️ Parking Attendant: 3–4pm, 4–5pm
🍔 Food Attendant: 5–6pm
📚 Book Readers: 6:30pm & 7:00pm
🍪 Cookie Walk Attendant: 6–7pm

What an incredible night.. Bingo was absolutely packed! not a seat to spare at times and the laughter, smiles, and prizes made it such a fun evening for our Warrior families! 💜🖤

A huge thank you to all of our amazing volunteers who made this event possible, there’s simply NO way it could’ve happened without you! From calling numbers and handling payments to serving food, greeting guests, setting up, and cleaning up, every single effort mattered and made this night a success. 👏

If you’d like to volunteer or join the PTC, we’d love to have you, no full time commitment required! Even an hour at ONE event gives our volunteers a chance to enjoy the fun too. Those who know me know my favor phrase is "Many hands make for light work!" And it's so true!

Thanks to our absolutely amazing Warrenton Grade School families, we’ve got a table full of incredible raffle baskets and silent auction prizes! 🧺✨

Every single donation big or small has helped make this happen, and we’re so very thankful for the love and support from our parents, students, and community. 💜🥹

Join us THIS Friday at 6 PM in the WGS cafeteria for Bingo Night! There’ll be prizes, laughs, and maybe even a few lucky winners shouting BINGO! 😉
