💕 SO. MANY. BOOKS. 💕

Working in partnership with Beach Books in Seaside and Lucy's Books in Astoria, our Friends group ordered more than 100 books as giveaways for "Summer Reading Program" participants at the Warrenton Community Library. We are so excited to see which books readers pick out to take home and add to their personal libraries. :)

We'd like to thank Hampton Lumber and The Human Bean Warrenton for donating to support the "Summer Reading Program" again this year.

So thankful for the way our community shows up to support the library and all the patrons who use it!

Join us tomorrow at the Warrenton Community Library for the "Summer Reading Program" kickoff!

Readers of all ages (infant, child, youth, adult, young-at-heart) can sign up for the program, get some cool lit-related goodies, grab a free hotdog, and enjoy some community fun. Participants who log their reading hours throughout the summer months get entered for a chance to win great prizes, too!

The library will be open its usual Saturday hours: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. See you there!

Everyone is welcome for our Summer Reading Kickoff at the Warrenton Community Library! All ages are invited to sign up for summer reading to win fun incentives, free books, and learn all about how reading makes us grow! Join us this Saturday, June 6th, from 10am-2pm for our summer reading party. Many thanks to our friends at Main St. Market for donating the hot dogs for our cookout, and extra thanks to our friends at Warrenton Fire Department for helping us grill them! Don't forget to pick up your free goodie bag with everything you'll need to have a great summer of reading fun!

🌷 ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE 🌷

Our annual meeting will be held at the Warrenton Community Library on Thursday, May 21, at 6 p.m. All current members of the Friends organization are welcome to attend and hear an update on our activities over the last year. New officers for the 2026-2027 fiscal year will also be selected.
