The countdown to our Summer Adoption Event continues, and today we're featuring another group of incredible dogs and cats looking for homes. ❤️

Each of these animals has their own story, personality, and dream of finding a family to call their own. Some are playful, some are cuddly, some are goofy, and all of them are ready for a fresh start.

Veterinary checks are required for dog adoptions.

🐱 Cats available for adoption will be:
✔️ Vaccinated
✔️ Microchipped
✔️ Ready to go home the same day
📦 Please bring a carrier if you are planning to adopt a cat.

⭐ Things to know before attending:
• Please leave your dogs at home. If a meet-and-greet is needed, we will schedule one.
• All current pets in the home must be up to date on vaccines and spayed/neutered unless a veterinarian has provided a medical exemption.
• If you have upcoming travel plans, this may not be the best time to adopt. New pets need time to adjust and settle into their new homes.
• For dog adoptions, all household members must meet the dog before adoption.

Dr. Seuss has things to do, stories to write. He is 70 lbs. of beef, two years old, and dog friendly. He takes his treats gently and knows sit and shake. His favorite past time is fetch 🎾 and toys, in general. He’ll shake and bake a good stuffy and chase any toy that goes flying through the air.

You can meet Dr. Seuss this Saturday at our adoption event or apply now to snag him up prior! 🏡

☀️💦 WISHLIST WEDNESDAY 💦☀️

Have you ever seen a Husky refuse a kiddie pool? Neither have we. 😂

With temperatures climbing, our pups are spending every chance they get splashing, wading, lounging, and cooling off in their favorite summertime hangout, kiddie pools! As you can see, they get plenty of use around here.

Our biggest wishlist need right now is:

Unfortunately, between excited zoomies, giant paws, and lots of daily use, they don't last forever. We're hoping to stock up so our dogs can stay cool, comfortable, and have a little summer fun while they wait for their forever homes.

🐾 Malcolm 🐾

You know those dogs that are just... good dogs?

That's Malcolm. ❤️

At only 1 year old, this Belgian Malinois/German Shepherd mix wakes up every day happy to be here. Considering where he came from, that's pretty amazing. Malcolm was rescued from a hoarding situation where he spent his time chained outside, but he hasn't let that define him one bit.

He's friendly, loves other dogs, walks great on a leash, and is always ready for some fun. Toss a ball and he'll happily chase it all day long. Bringing it back? Well, nobody's perfect. 😂

Malcolm isn't looking for much. Just a family to love, a yard to zoom around in, and someone who appreciates what a genuinely good boy he is.
And trust us... he's a really, really good boy. 🐾💙

Paging the girls, the g**s, and the theys. ✨
This is Phoenix and he’d like to spend every June from here on out being the star of every PRIDE parade he can get his paws on. 🐾 This guy is the definition of a social butterfly and he had THE MOST fun this weekend. 🌈 Check out the video. Total ham.

Phoenix is 4️⃣ years old and about 60 lbs. He is DOG/CAT/KID friendly. ❗️ Most dangerous thing on him is the tail that never stops wagging or his tongue that might enter your mouth unexpectedly. 💋

This dog is SO GOOD! Somebody please scoop him up! He will be at our adoption event this Saturday! ✨

📢 EXCUSE ME, I HAVE A COMPLAINT!

Seriously am I invisible?
Where are my people?

My name is Luna, and I have been in training since February. FEBRUARY. I started training as a puppy and somehow celebrated my 1st birthday before anyone came to claim me. 🎂😭

At first, I thought maybe my future family was just running late.

Then I thought maybe they got stuck in traffic.

Now I’m starting to think they accidentally adopted a goldfish instead. 🐠

Meanwhile, I’ve been BUSY.

🐾 Learned manners
🐾 Practiced my down stay
🐾 Worked through distractions
🐾 Played nicely with my dog friends
🐾 Become an overall delight

I have literally spent months improving myself.

What more do you people want?

Should I learn a second language?
Should I get an MBA?
Should I start investing in real estate? 📈

My trainers keep telling me I’m smart, beautiful, and ready for a home.

The shelter keeps telling me, “Your family is out there.”

Well, tell them to HURRY UP because at this rate I’m going to graduate training, get promoted, and start training the new dogs myself. 🎓😂

I’m a 1-year-old German Shepherd mix who loves other dogs, adventures, walks, toys, and being involved in whatever you’re doing.
