From helping individual childhood educators receive trainings, to guiding childcare centers through the Great Start to Quality rating

system, Leaps & Bounds is here. Our programs include the GSQ Wayne Oakland Macomb Resource Center, the ECE Career Center (Early Childhood Educators) Professional Development Trainings and CDA Training/Support. Become a better-rated, better-trained, better-paid childhood educator today! Additionally, our "Parents as Teachers" model provides services to families with children from prenatal through kindergarten. The goals of these at-home visits are to increase parent knowledge of early childhood development and improve parent practices, provide early detection of developmental delays and health issues, prevent child abuse and neglect and increase children’s school readiness and success. Our team is comprised of caring and knowledgeable professionals who further our mission by communal dedication to leading practices that ensure the best outcomes for children.
