🎃🚨🎃 THE PUMPKINS ARE HERE! 🎃🚨🎃

We just got back from the auction, offloaded a mountain of pumpkins, and parked them RIGHT IN FRONT OF OUR ENTRANCE! 😂

And let us tell you…we got GIGANTIC pumpkins along with a whole bunch of fancy and specialty pumpkins for just under $6 each!

So naturally, we’re passing the deal along to YOU:

Yep. Two pumpkins for ten bucks. Because we may have paid almost $6 each, but we still want you to feel like you got a bargain. 😉

Unfortunately, the auction did NOT have 🌼🏵️mums🌻🌸 that we could buy at a price that made sense. 😢 But we’re going to try again next week because we are determined to bring those mums back to Clover!

So starting tomorrow, come get your pumpkins, enjoy the fact that it is somehow still August, and you can start your fall decorating approximately 47 days earlier than necessary. 🍂😂

🌸🎃 WE’RE AT THE AUCTION — AND WE NEED YOUR HELP! 🎃🌸

One of our favorite fall things at Clover is buying a couple of GIANT Gaylords packed with mums and pumpkins and bringing them back to Clover to sell for $5 each. 🌸

We skipped it last year because I was deployed to Kuwait 🇰🇼 — but this year, we’re back at it!

We’re currently at the Geauga Growers Auction in Middlefield, Ohio, 🧑‍🌾 and we just learned that the mums are going for quite a bit more than they used to.

The 12-inch mums were selling for $6–$8 each, depending on the number of blooms and the variety of colors. The average was around $7 per mum.

Unfortunately, that meant we had to pass on the mums today. 😩 We didn’t think there would be enough interest to justify buying at least 50 of them at that price.

And now we’re waiting to see what happens with the PUMPKINS. 🎃

If this is the new going rate, I have a feeling the pumpkins may be higher too.

SO HERE’S THE QUESTION:

🌸 For a beautiful 12-inch pot of mums or a gigantic pumpkin, what would YOU be willing to pay at Clover?

🪄👢 THE REUSE, REPURPOSE & RECREATE SPELL STRIKES AGAIN! 👢🪄

Yesterday, She-who-must-not-be-named 😏 came to Clover for one very important mission:

GET RID OF STUFF. ♻️

And somehow…the spell she accidentally cast, she left with MORE. 😂

Her magical haul included:

✨ A brand-new pair of UGGs
✨ Knee-high Børn boots
✨ Toddler boys' leather Gymboree shoes

Total weight: 5.4 pounds
Total cost: $2.70! 🪄💰

We won't say who it was or the Wizard of her home will take her wand away, 🤫 we will simply say that someone who was sent with 2 wagon fulls of items to declutter her home, discovered that Clover has a pretty powerful Reuse, Repurpose & Recreate Spell.

And that's exactly what we WANT! We always try to put things back into use before they ever need the final spell: RECYCLE. Keeping great stuff out of the landfill is what we're all about!

So come find your own treasure for just $0.50 a pound. You never know what magical find is waiting for you!
