We are a FRC (FIRST Robotics Competition) Team-Team Number 5857, located in Walnut, California with the goal spreading STEM to the local community. We are made up of students from Walnut High School and Diamond Bar High School. We were founded by a Diamond Bar High Student in May of 2015. We strive to not only do well in our competition efforts but also outreach to the local Walnut Valley Community about robotics.

This weekend we participated in City of Walnut’s Winter Wonderland at Suzanne Park! This event gave our team the opportunity to engage with the community and promote STEM education by showcasing our summer passion project—basketball robot! Many youths were able to see firsthand how robotics, engineering, and teamwork come together, sparking curiosity and interest in STEM fields. Community outreach events like this allow us to highlight the impact of robotics and inspire future innovators. Thank you to the City of Walnut for hosting! 🤖🩵
