The neighborhood cop, Officer Tom, who is known for his eagle eyes, is portrayed by Josh Jameson. Heather Van Pree, a lady with a shady reputation, who is to set some wrongs right is performed by Margi Diny. Linda Boatright is the irritating intercom voice, and Boyd Monte is on loan from the USPS so he can flex his muscles and wear the brown uniform of the UPS guy.
