PAAS-Vinita PAAS-Vinita is dedicated to the wellbeing of animals. As well as provide a low-cost spay and neuter clinic for the community and surrounding areas.

Our mission is to assist the City of Vinita in providing a safe, no-kill shelter environment for adoptable animals by working directly with the Vinita animal control officer. To donate, please mail checks to: 628 S Wilson St, Vinita, Ok 74301
