Good morning! We are kicking off our middle school season and we are on the hunt for sponsors! If anyone would be interested in sponsoring our team or would like a sponsorship letter, please reach out and we can get that sent over! Our club is ran completely off of community sponsorships and donations and these kids work hard to be the best they can and represent Vicksburg with class! We appreciate all the support our community continues to show year after year!

The Control Freaks finally made it to state! We competed at the Michigan State Championship at SVSU this past weekend. We walked away with the Innovation in Control Award. Which celebrates an innovative control system or application of control components-electrical, mechanical, or software- to provide unique machine functions.

The First Competition of the season for these Vicksburg Community Schools Control Freaks is in the books! The Control Freaks earned 36 state ranking points at Lakeview High School March 6th and 7th! After competing in qualifying matches, the Control Freaks held strong in 8th place earning them an Alliance captain position for alliance number 5. Our Alliance with rookie team, the Climax-Scotts Panther Bots and the AtomBots came to an end after being defeated by Alliance number 3 in the playoff brackets. Our alliance took 4th place overall in our first competition of the season. We look forward to seeing what our robot is capable of as we move forward in the 2026 season.
