226 N. Catalina turned 105 with no cake or candles, just wind through the plywood boards and no sign of the 17-unit upzoned apartment house used to justify displacing three households. How much pretty, empty housing are Angelenos going to put up with?

Not sure why news outlets are misframing it this way. The real culprit is/was the pathways to resources and housing available to perpetrators of felonies vs. misdemeanors.

Forgot about this 🤬.. Brendon Glenn’s murderer 🐷 had his case dismissed last month . Reminder that our councilwoman Traci Park is bought and paid for by police (carceral) and Zionist lobbies and has blamed Black folks for their own deaths when killed by LAPD. That’s why it’s imperative to speak up against her and challenge those who normalize her racist and displacement policies.

Rest in Power Brendon Glenn ✊🏽

Have fun, be creative, and help art spaces thrive in Venice GIFT, PLANT SHOP & CLAY STUDIO OPEN 11-6 ▫️WORKSHOPS ▫️ PARTIES . It’s $100/month for 25lbs of clay, full kiln fire, 2 guest passes, 3 workshops and a cubby. This is guaranteed, the best deal you’ll find for this type of art space.

It’s spaces and opportunities like this that feed the authentic spirit of Venice. My homegirl puts in a lot of hard work to provide this one-of-a-kind space for the community.
