The Venice Cat Coalition is a non-profit cat rescue group.

During the last four years, the VCC has brought approximately 700-800 cats annually to vets or free clinics for sterilization, taken in approximately 300-450 cats and kittens per year needing rehoming, and successfully advocated for new policies and practices in Sarasota, Desoto and Charlotte counties regarding cats and animals. VCC has grown in eight years from a small grassroots non-profit with local focus to a modestly-funded, high service demand organization serving three counties and tens of thousands of residents.

No one wants to hear this, however, we are sharing a new report on the toxins found in most cat food and how to manage this if you are able. The study was publicized by CNN. We are not giving you advice just wanted you to be aware of this disturbing information. You have to go to almost the end of the article to read about which cat food choices may be the safest.

Most types of cat foods contain lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury as well as toxic chemicals from plastics and fertilizers, a new investigation found.

Very good cat trapper (not one of ours, reel does not ID where he traps) but give him 5 stars for hygiene and organization. I'd bet he has little to no trap loss either!!
