One of the hardest promises we make when we bring a cat into our lives is that one day we will have to say goodbye.

We wish for more time.
One more year.
One more month.
One more day.

But if love could have kept them here forever, they would never have left.

The greatest gift we can give our cats isn't a life without an ending. It's a life filled with comfort, safety, kindness, and love from beginning to end.

May every cat be cherished.
May every cat know they mattered.

And may every cat leave this world knowing they were loved beyond measure.

Sparkles is a lovely Siamese mix. We don't know her exact age but probably 2-4 years old. She is very friendly and loves people. Blue eyed beauties like Sparkles don't come along often. Apply to adopt at our website www.venicecatcoalition.com.

Two beautiful cats need rescue help. They sure look like abandonment, not "feral" (whatever that means anymore; misused term!!!). In any case, we are trying to gather more info on where they are and get them help. Anyone interested in joining rescue teams, this is the type of project you'd be useful in managing. Hate to see these adorable cats live and die in the weeds!

UPDATE FRIDAY: The cats are in North Port, don't have the other details yet, but if we get the cats and they are friendly, let us know if you'd foster or adopt them... Thanks. FURTHER UPDATE: The lady who is feeding them wants to self-rehome (maybe??) anyway if there is a kind soul who would foster them to see how quickly they re-adjust to indoor life, it would sure help. Working now on how to catch them and get medical done. Since the feeder does not want "TNR" it will be more costly and difficult. Such is the rescue life!
