Meet our Trainer, Chase! He's been a trainer at the Campo Y for over 3 years and was a long-time member before becoming certified as a Personal Trainer. Chase got into fitness during his own weight-loss journey. He trains a wide range of clients, but you'll often find him leading our Small Group Training sessions for Women on Weights and Weightlifting for Teens.

The next session of Small Group Personal Training starts the week of June 8th. There are plenty of opportunities to train with Chase:
Mondays & Wednesdays
Women on Weights — 8:00 a.m. or 6:30 p.m.
Tuesdays & Thursdays
Weightlifting for Teens — 5:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m.
