We assist those using to***co products to quit. It is never too late to change your life! The To***co Education & Prevention Coalition for Porter County (TEPC) is dedicated to saving lives and improving the quality of life for citizens of Porter County. TEPC offers prevention, education and cessation resources to help eliminate health disparities related to to***co use. Our mission is to promote t
o***co control initiatives to prevent and reduce to***co use through education for the citizens of Porter County. We envision a Porter County where all community members are free of to***co and secondhand smoke regardless of where they live, learn, work, and play. We strive to:
*protect citizens from secondhand smoke
*prevent and reduce youth to***co use and access to to***co products
*improve and promote cessation services to assist smokers in quitting
We partner with Porter County employers, healthcare providers, multi-unit housing complexes, non-profit agencies, school systems, universities, churches, daycare providers, policy makers and many others to advocate for healthy to***co-free policies and to educate about and prevent the use of to***co products. Join our coalition and/or contact us to partner in our efforts to promote healthier living in Porter County through our education and prevention efforts. Let's work together to keep Porter County a healthy place to live and work! Contact: Carrie Higgins, Program Director
