SUNSET TIMES: NEXT 5 SATURDAYS

Ugh. Close to 6pm tonight. Close to 4pm in a few weeks. Just the messenger here, but enjoy the daylight while we have it. A positive spin on it--we're just a few weeks away from the earliest sunsets of the year (early December).

A BIT OF A DRY SPELL

We've had some nice, dry Fall weather around here but the lack of rain is starting to add up. Over the last month, we're running 1-3 inches below average and it's noticeably dry outside. With limited rain chances over the next 5 days there's not much relief in sight--but a pattern flip will likely bring a rainier scene to the Region once we get beyond Halloween into that first week of November.

Good Saturday morning everyone! We have an amazing day ahead with highs pushing into the low 70s as our sunshine mixes with high clouds today. Our wind will remain on the lighter side. Temps, as they have been, will cool quickly after sunset so that sweatshirt will be needed if out past dark! Enjoy the day!

NEXT WEEKEND: PATTERN CHANGE

Enjoy this weekend everyone--we'll be nice and mild with highs pushing the 70 degree mark Saturday and into the 70s Sunday. Next weekend looks much different with a shot of chilly Fall air across the eastern US. This comes at the onset of a pattern change that looks to bring some shots of colder air as we jump into November...typical for this time of year, but certainly not what we've been feeling the last few weeks!

Happy Friday! Everyone enjoying this weather? What a stretch! We continue with yet another beautiful day today with high pressure in charge and a light southerly wind. Temps will push to around 70 today with lots of sunshine. We'll cool down once the sun sets with overnight lows settling back into the 40s. Enjoy your Friday!

NOT AS COLD THE NEXT FEW NIGHTS

We've had some seasonably chilly mornings and that will continue--but it won't be AS chilly as temps begin to moderate into the weekend. Looking ahead, we won't have any freezing conditions until perhaps heading into Halloween weekend--so our Fall colors will continue and any plants you're keeping safe look good.
