Speaking of Valparaiso knowing how to have a good time in the rain! Thank you, Minakshi Ghuman, for catching the beauty of this moment so that we can all be inspired by it.

Proud to be part of a community that can have a good time in the rain. This observer did not hear one complaint all day. Thank you to all who cheerfully braved the rain to support our vendors and enjoy great food, music and dance. We appreciate you.
