❤️ OUR HEARTS ARE WITH THE GRIFFITH FAMILY. ❤️

There are no words that can adequately express the sadness we feel for Lt. Griffith and his children as they navigate the loss of a wife and mother. During times like these, words often fall short, and we are reminded just how precious life, family, and the moments we share truly are.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Griffith family. While we know nothing we do can take away their heartache, we hope they can find comfort in knowing they are surrounded by people who care deeply and are willing to stand beside them.

Lt. Griffith is a man who has spent his time serving others. He is the kind of person who would never ask for help, but right now, he and his children need their community standing behind them.

That's why we are asking everyone to help us show up for the Griffith family.

Our Phenix TL-2 Traditional Leather Fire Helmet raffle is about more than winning a helmet. It's about coming together, lending a hand, and reminding a fellow firefighter that even in life's darkest moments, he has people standing beside him.

🎟️ RAFFLE TICKETS

1 Ticket — $25

5 Tickets — $100

10 Tickets — $175

If you can't purchase a ticket, please share this post. Most importantly, keep Lt. Griffith and his children in your thoughts and prayers.

We often talk about brotherhood, but brotherhood isn't measured by the words we speak when things are good. It's measured by how we show up when life gets hard.

Lt. Griffith, you and your children are not alone. Your fire service family is standing with you.

❤️ Let's take care of our own.

❤️🚒 SOMETIMES, THE ONES WHO GIVE THE MOST ARE THE LAST ONES TO ASK FOR HELP. 🚒❤️

Take a minute and think about that.

We all know someone in the fire service who would give you the shirt off their back without thinking twice. Someone who shows up when the tones drop, puts everyone else's needs before their own, and never expects anything in return.

Our brother with the Griffith family is one of those people.

He's a husband. He's a father. He's a firefighter. And right now, he and his family are facing challenges that no family should have to face alone.

He's not the type of man to ask for help. In fact, he'd probably rather be the one helping someone else.

But that's exactly why we're asking for him.

We talk a lot about brotherhood in the fire service. We wear it on our shirts, put it on our apparatus, and preach it around the kitchen table.

But brotherhood isn't just a word.

Brotherhood is showing up when the tones aren't dropping.

It's standing beside a brother when life gets heavy. It's reminding his wife and children that their family is surrounded by people who genuinely care.

That's why the Dirty South F.O.O.L.S. are raffling off a Phenix TL-2 Traditional Leather Fire Helmet to benefit the Griffith family.

Maybe you don't need another helmet. Maybe you don't even wear leather.

But this isn't really about a helmet.

It's about a husband knowing he doesn't have to carry every burden alone.

It's about a wife knowing there are people standing behind her family.

It's about children seeing what it means when a community comes together.

And it's about showing a good man that all those years of showing up for others haven't gone unnoticed.

If you can buy a ticket, please do. If you can't, please share this post. And regardless of whether you can contribute financially, please keep the Griffith family in your prayers.

One day, the fire service may need to show up for any one of us. Today, we have the opportunity to show up for the Griffith family.

Let's make sure we don't miss that opportunity.

❤️ THIS IS WHAT BROTHERHOOD LOOKS LIKE. THIS IS WHAT TAKING CARE OF OUR OWN MEANS.

What’s the weather on the drill field? Always 72° and sunny.
Too hot? Stretch the line.
Too cold? Stretch the line.
Raining sideways? Stretch the damn line.
The fireground doesn’t care about the forecast, and neither does the drill field.
Get dirty. Make mistakes. Fix them. Do it again. Train until the fundamentals are automatic and the excuses sound ridiculous.
Comfort doesn’t build competent firefighters. Work does.
🔥 Dirty South F.O.O.L.S.
72° and sunny. Every damn day.

❤️ THANK YOU. WHAT AN INCREDIBLE DAY!❤️

The FIRED UP Fire Department Leadership Conference exceeded every expectation, and it wouldn't have been possible without each and every one of you.

To everyone who attended—thank you for believing in our vision and investing in yourselves, your departments, and the future of the fire service. Seeing firefighters and leaders come together with a passion for learning, leadership, and brotherhood is exactly why we created FIRED UP.

A special thank you goes to our outstanding speakers—Chief Ali Mims, Blake Stinnett, and Shane Bentley. Each of you did more than deliver a presentation. You shared your personal journeys, your struggles, your victories, and your faith. You opened your lives to us and reminded everyone in the room that no matter where you've been or what you've faced, God can use your story for His purpose. Your honesty, humility, and passion left a lasting impact on everyone in attendance.

Because of the incredible support from our attendees, sponsors, and everyone who believed in this conference, we are honored to announce that the Dirty South F.O.O.L.S. will be donating $1,000 to Next Rung to help support firefighters and first responders when they need it most. That is something every person who attended should be proud of, As well as the team over at FAST Rescue Solutions

To our sponsors, volunteers, and everyone who worked behind the scenes—thank you. This conference was truly a team effort, and your dedication made it a success.

This wasn't just a conference. It was a reminder that leadership matters, brotherhood matters, faith matters, and together we can make a real difference in the fire service.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for making the second FIRED UP Fire Department Leadership Conference such an incredible success.

We'll see you at the next one.🔥🚒
