As Gianna shared, her journey with Phi Sigma Sigma has helped shape the woman and leader she is today. The lessons and experiences of sisterhood have encouraged her to pursue excellence, embrace personal growth, and seek out opportunities to lead.

As she continues her journey, we’re honored to cheer her on and celebrate the passion she brings to giving back to others.

Leading Oneself is Phi Sigma Sigma's newest leadership program, created for alumnae who are taking those first steps towards leadership in their careers, communities or volunteer experiences.

Join us for four live webinars in September and October. Participants can attend one session or build their experience by attending all four!
