It's that time again!
The Library is now open to submissions for our next two anthologies!
The first is Slashed Budgets: An Anthology of Corporate Horror, this year's entry in our annual series of themed Halloween collections, to be published in October 2026. Send us your tales of labored labor, of fingers bloody from filing, of upward mobility gone wrong. As wealth stratification increases, opportunities for safe and fair work become harder to find, and the cost of living gets higher and higher, we are looking for stories about the struggle of trying to survive the daily grind and the world which demands it. Contributors will receive a token ten dollar payment and a copy of the printed anthology. Submissions close September 15th.
The second is Curses, Confusions, & Rebukes: An Anthology of Jewish Horror, the first in a series of new collections centering and highlighting marginalized faith and cultural backgrounds, to be released on Purim 2027. Guest-edited by writer Benjamin Hooper, the anthology is open to anyone of Jewish background or affiliation (practicing, secular, or something in-between) with the intention of using storytelling as a platform to build interfaith solidarity. Contributors will receive a copy of the anthology and an even split of profits earned from prerelease fundraising and post-release sales. Submissions close February 1st.
