Hold them, hug them, love them.

Put baby somewhere safe and walk away for a few minutes to calm yourself. Try again.

Ask someone for help. Never shake a baby. 💜

💙 Shaken Baby Syndrome: Safety & Prevention 💙

Shaking a baby can cause serious brain injury or even death.

When a baby won’t stop crying, remember: It’s okay to take a break. Place the baby safely on their back in a crib, make sure they are safe, and step away for a few minutes to calm down.

👶 Never shake a baby.
💙 Support caregivers.
🫶 Ask for help when you need it.

Together, we can help keep babies safe.
